Learners should evidence multiple games in a genre as well as multiple genres and draw comparisons between these (this could be in terms of graphics, playability, costs, numbers involved and uniqueness).Genres of games (e.g. role-playing, puzzle, platform, first person shooters, MMORPG, puzzle games) add other suitable genres eg Sports, Fighting

Describe the genre of game, (six genres) what aspects put the game in to chosen genre, also give examples of multiple games within the genre (minimum of 3 games)
Platform Game
A type of video game featuring two-dimensional graphics where the player controls a character jumping or climbing between solid platforms at different positions on the screen.Super Mario Bros, Sonic the Hedgehog & Ratchet & Clank are all platform games.
